Buildings of Cornavin Train Station Square

Large-scale transformation of 4 buildings, with a surface area of 1,800 m², with maintenance of original facades and construction of 3 additional basements. This project was executed on the basis of foundation wells and metal structures with shoring. The existing floors and staircases were demolished and the reconstruction was carried out simultaneously in infrastructure and superstructure from the 1^st underground level. This complex is a mixed-use property: commercial arcades, administrative spaces and residential areas.
