Overview
The project, carried out in 3 stages, consists of 335 flats across 7 buildings, 1,000 m2 of extracurricular premises including a restaurant, an underground car park on 2 levels of 3,400 m2 each and a music school.

STAKES
One of the major challenges of the project is to build affordable housing, keeping both construction and maintenance costs low.

FEATURES
This project is one of the first operations of the "Fondations Immobilières de Droit Public" and aims to meet the objective of optimising the construction cost for affordable housing.
