Overview
Substantial transformation works that particularly consist of adding 2 lower ground floors along the Boulevard du Théâtre, constructing meeting rooms above the suspended ceiling of the main auditorium and replacing all the technical installations in the building.

In this transformation which affects the entire building our office is in charge of all structural work.

Planning
The project planning is particularly tight because the Grand Théâtre continues to be operational during the works for a limited time in a temporary structure near the Place des Nations. The structural and outfitting works are consequently carried out simultaneously thanks to the implementation of micro-worksites that makes our presence essential during almost the entire period of the works.
