Overview
Refurbishment of a central boiler of a large building complex dating from the sixties. This refurbishment aims to increase the capacity of the boiler and supply a district heating network.

As a specialist, our office has completed a full civil engineer mandate for the pre-project, final project, tender process, execution project and execution work phases, as well as for the monitoring of asbestos removal works of the boiler rooms.

- Design of a remote heating network powered by geothermal probes
- Asbestos removal from the pipes and the building before transformation of the existing boiler room
- Treatment of the carbonation of the existing 43-metre-high chimney and demolition of the interior ducts
