Overview
L’Atelier is a multi-activity project intended for commercial, artisanal and technical occupations. This complex can host businesses, showrooms, workshops, high-tech offices, meeting rooms, storage and archiving areas and technical spaces.

Building layout
L’Atelier consists of 3 buildings with 3 underground half-levels combining them:

• Building A (ground floor + upper ground floor + 5 floors) 
• Building B (ground floor + upper ground floor + 5 floors)
• Building C (ground floor + upper ground floor + 6 floors)

Car park
Located underground, 419 spaces are planned for 4-wheels and 66 spaces for 2-wheels.
